Moisture damage


All painted surfaces damaged by moisture should be considered deteriorated. You should look for the source of the moisture.

Stabilizing the paint requires three actions

  1. Fix the cause -- If you don't, the surface repair will not last
  2. Repair the surface
  3. Repaint
